Las Ranitas Tulum

Location: Designed by a French couple and available to all who desire to share a Riviera Maya paradise in Tulum, Mexico. Located only 1.5 hr from Cancun’s airport. 5 miles (9 km) South of the Maya city of Tulum, the only Mexican archaeological site on the sea shore. 1 km North of the Sian Ka'an biosphere, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the largest protected area in the Mexican Caribbean (approximately 1.3 million acres, 5,260 km2). A place where the sea turtles nest from May to September. Sitting on the amazingly beautiful coral beach of Tulum, 30 miles (48 km) of white sand and coconut trees.

Rooms: Maya rooms - These garden bungalows have garden views, no sea view.
Maya 1 - 1 king size and 2 single beds. Perfect for a small family or friends together it can house up to 4 people.
Maya 2 - 1 king size bed. Set on the sand, second row close to the beach, perfect for a loving couple.
Palapa room - A garden 2-bedrooms unit sharing one bathroom.
Different bedding options: either 2 queen size beds or 1 queen and 2 bunk-beds. Perfect for a family with young infants when parents wish to keep privacy or for good friends. Third row from the beach.
Rana rooms - Ground floor rooms facing the Caribbean sea.
2 Rooms with 1 king or 1 queen size bed. Two of those rooms also have an additional single bed in order to sleep a child in. Small protected patio with wood furniture & hammock in front of each room.
Caracol rooms - Ten rooms in five shell-shaped units facing the Caribbean sea.
Upper floors: Lovely round rooms with a wide balcony providing gorgeous sea view. Housing 1 king size bed, these are perfect for couples.
Ground floors: with 2 queen size beds and front patio, perfect for those who prefer separate beds.
Combined: 2-level bungalow for group of 4 people that wish to feel at ease in 2 separate rooms while remaining in the same unit.
Sapo room - Ocean front upper floor large room.
1 king size and 2 single beds. Full of light with a wide balcony overlooking the Caribbean sea. Like all upper floor rooms due to stairs and light balcony guardrails, not proper for families with young infants.
Lou rooms - A 3-bedroom unit right on the beach.
Each room has a terrace with direct access to the beach. Two of those rooms house 1 king size bed. One room also has 1 additional single bed. The center room is larger and houses 1 king size + 2 single beds. Center and north rooms can connect for families of 6. This whole unit offers great accommodation for large groups traveling together (up to 9 people).
Memo rooms - Three extra large rooms with a private pool on the beach.
1 king size and 2 single beds in each of those rooms. Peaceful terraces with direct access to the beach. Sharing one round, private beach pool. With their connecting doors, the two upper level rooms make a real lodging suitable for up to 8 people.
Tony room - 2 room beach bungalow.
Maya style bungalow with a wooden deck directly on the beach. 1 master bedroom and a sitting room. 1 king size bed in master room. 2 single or bunk beds can be placed in the sitting room if requested. wide bathroom overlooking the ocean.

- Breakfast buffet and eggs to your order all morning starting at 7:30 am.
- Simple and always fresh food, fish or shrimps, calamari, guacamole, ceviches, fajitas, and snacks served until 2:00 pm.
- For dinner or bar time, we love to refer our guests to the best beach restaurants within walking distance. Therefore no shortage of evening dining and starlit strolls along the beach or also in Tulum pueblo or the Sian Ka'an reserve.
