Posada Yum Kim

Posada Yum Kin is a privately owned 6-unit eco-friendly hotel located in the tiny town of Tulum, Mexico on what is now known as the Riviera Maya. Tulum is everything wonderful about the Mexican Caribbean-white sand beaches, clear water, open air bars and prehistoric ruins. The town is slowly being discovered, but is still relatively quiet and prices still reasonable. With an average temperature of 78 degrees F., it's a warm tropical climate with ideal conditions for a year-round resort.

Reservations

Location: Posada Yum Kin is centrally located-just a 10 minute walk to downtown or a 10 minute drive to Tulum's world famous beaches, the Mayan ruins or the Sian Ka'an Biosphere. Sun worshipping, water sports and Mayan spa rituals are right around the corner!

Rooms: Once inside our secure gate, the hammock and sitting area on the large front porch will welcome you to your "home away from home." Each has a beautiful view of the tranquil Euro-style courtyard.
Inside the casita is a bright, airy room with high ceilings and fans, a fully equipped kitchenette, and two double beds. The large luxurious bathroom boasts a hand tiled hot water shower and glass block design.
Our bi-lingual staff will make sure you have all you need to enjoy your stay at Posada Yum Kin.
Posada Yum Kin is powered by the sun and the wind and strives to leave only a small footprint on the earth. We are proud to use Shaklee non-toxic and chemical free cleaning and disinfecting products that are safe for you and the planet!
