Location: It is an hour south of Puerto Vallarta on the Pacific Ocean, only accessible by boat.

Each individual casita has been built with privacy and comfort in mind, and decorated with charming local crafts. The construction is mostly open-air to take advantage of the gentle breezes, fabulous ocean views and sounds of the sea.
The intimate setting of just eight casitas makes you feel like you've found your very own private retreat from the world.
The casitas vary in size and uniqueness to accommodate families and romantic couples.
The days start with coffee or tea delivered directly to your casita before breakfast. Memories of lazy mornings listening to the birds and watching the sun wake up as the water taxis go by in the distance will bring a smile to your face long after your return to the "real world".

Hotel Facilities: Majahuitas is what you make of it... it is perfect for total relaxation and lazing around all afternoon, or if you would rather, you can make it an adventure. Regardless, it is getting away from the everyday life you lead with tv and the phone ringing all the time. It is ideal for couples of course, but you can to bring a group of friends , or even a family one day trip . Kids would have a blast on the beach! The ocean views are unforgettable. It does get humid, but that was no problem for us at all... the breezes are enough to cool you off... plus a dip in the water. Mahauitas have tons of books for a good week's read, and all kinds of board games . For entertainment if you want it. It is a different way of life that we should all be lucky enough to experience.
